"Safer Sex. It's In Your Hands."

National Outdoor Print Campaign

While I was living in Ireland, the country suffered from an increase in teenage binge drinking and unprotected sex. I wrote and designed this campaign for placement in restrooms of restaurants, pubs and clubs for the Department of Health pitch. The ads address the consequences of drinking and unprotected sex while keeping a sarcastic tone for the target audience. The Agency selected the concept for presentation at the pitch and the Client named the idea as one of the finalists.

This was a freelance assignment that I designed for Pharmaceutical conventions in Europe.

"Re-Legalize" 

I designed and wrote a campaign for NORMAL. Whether you are pro or anti-marijuana, the tide is turning in the US. Various parts of the plant can be used to make textiles, paper, paints, clothing, plastics, cosmetics, foodstuff, insulation, animal feed and a myriad of other products to replace methods currently poisoning the earth.

Over 60 US and international health organizations support granting patients immediate legal access to medical marijuana. Over 30 nations, including Canada, Japan, and the European Union harvest the plant. You can also pump it into your bio-fuel gas tank like Henry Ford did with his early versions of the Model T.

The campaign needed to have a timeless and serious tone, which would be unexpected. This would educate skeptical consumers and prompt them to visit the website.
